At Matuti, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping options for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, costs, and responsibilities for domestic and international orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Availability

We offer domestic (Mexico) and international shipping to select countries. All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities or partner warehouses, depending on the product and location.

2. Shipping Costs

The prices displayed on our website do not include packaging or shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you provide the exact delivery address. Costs are determined based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

 

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer based on the delivery address.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

Matuti partners with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders are handled and shipped from multiple locations, so please allow additional time for processing and transit. Typical processing times are 1-5 business days, excluding holidays, though this may vary depending on order volume or product availability.

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and will be estimated at checkout.

4.  Third Party Purchases

If an item is purchased through a third-party platform or marketplace, Matuti is not responsible for the logistics, shipping process, or any damages to the product during transit. In such cases, please refer to the third-party platform’s shipping and return policies or contact their customer service for assistance.

 

4.1 International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

6. Delivery and Receipt

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If no one is available to receive the package at the provided address on the first delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for re-delivery or return attempts.
